Trees for Kenya’s demo farm trains community members in nursery establishment and management. The nursery hosts indigenous, exotic, and fruit tree seedlings to support agroforestry while also providing practical training in nursery care.
A modern propagator has been installed to accelerate seed germination, support seedling recovery after grafting, and promote the sprouting of cuttings. It provides ideal conditions for these processes. We train farmers in these propagation techniques and also offer related services and products, including tree seedlings, herbs propagated in the propagator, grafting services, and crop and vegetable seedlings in trays at affordable prices.
